The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. of Warsaw (the “Company”) announces that on 6 June 2025, the Company received:
- a notice of the nomination of Witold Kmieciak and Kamilla Spark for Supervisory Board members from the shareholder OK Automotive Investments B.V. of Amsterdam;
- a notice of the self-nomination for Supervisory Board member from the shareholder Andrzej Oliszewski;
These nominations were made in connection with the Annual General Meeting convened for 10 June 2025, as announced by the Company in Current Report No. 12/2025 of 12 May 2025.
