Inter Cars leverages its significant scale while maintaining an agile structure of specialized business segments. This dual approach allows us to operate efficiently and compete effectively even with smaller, niche players. Primary Strategic Objective is to build sustainable shareholder value by optimizing the use of intellectual and material resources and implementing development programs across all service areas.

Our goal is to be the supplier of choice in the mobility sector across all European markets, striving for maximum profitability and market leadership in every segment.

Inter Cars Core Strategic Pillars:

  • Assortment Development: Maintaining the widest range of automotive parts in Europe by continuously introducing new lines and adapting existing ones to market demands regarding quality, price, and technical support.
  • Distribution Network Expansion: Strengthening our network of 680 branches (including 243 in Poland) by providing superior logistics, capital, IT systems, and brand recognition. The strategic goal is the continuous development of the distribution network built so far and so effectively.
  • Logistics Excellence: Building a competitive advantage through continuous supply chain optimization. Our dedicated subsidiary, ILS, manages the specialized flow of goods from manufacturers to our branches.
  • Partner Programs: Adding value through workshop equipment programs, training, technical services, and the development of professional networks such as MotoIntegrator Partner (Q-Service Castrol, Bosch Car Service, Premio) and Q-Service Truck.
  • Innovative Customer Tools: Leveraging the Motointegrator platform to connect drivers with professional workshops and providing comprehensive diagnostic and maintenance toolsets to our partners.
