The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. of Warsaw (the “Company”) publishes, attached as an appendix to this report, the list of shareholders who attended the Extraordinary General Meeting on 4 November 2025 (the “EGM”) and held 5% or more of total voting rights at the EGM.
The shareholders who attended the Extraordinary General Meeting held 11,139,714 shares/voting rights of the total number of 14,168,100 shares/voting rights, which represented 78.63% of the Company’s share capital.
The list of shareholders is attached as an appendix hereto.
