The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. of Warsaw (the “Company”) hereby publishes the resolutions passed by the Annual General Meeting on 10 June 2025 (the “AGM”).
The Management Board also publishes, attached hereto, a resolution that failed to receive the required majority of votes to be carried.
During the AGM, no objections were raised for the record, and no items were removed from the agenda.
