The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. of Swobodnia (the “Company”) reports that on 1 June 2026 the Company received four notifications under Article 19(1) of the MAR of transactions in Company shares conducted by persons discharging managerial responsibilities at the Company − Krzysztof Soszyński – Vice President of the Management Board, Wojciech Twaróg – Member of the Management Board, Piotr Zamora – Member of the Management Board, and Wojciech Aleksandrowicz – Member of the Management Board. The notifications concern the grant of rights (options) to acquire shares under the 2025 incentive scheme.
