The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. (the “Company”) reports that on 5 December 2024 the Company was notified under Article 19(1) of the MAR that a person discharging managerial responsibilities at the Company − Mr Andrzej Oliszewski, Chair of the Company’s Supervisory Board − executed transactions in Company shares.
