The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. (“Company”) announces that on March 21st 2017 it was notified under Article 19(1) of the MAR that a person discharging managerial responsibilities at the Company − Mr Andrzej Oliszewski, Chairman of the Supervisory Board − executed transactions in Company shares. The text of the notification is attached hereto as an appendix.
