The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. of Warsaw (the “Company”) announces that on 6 June 2025, the Company received a notification from its shareholder Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU Złota Jesień of Warsaw, represented by Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU S.A. of Warsaw, nominating Łukasz Dziekoński as a candidate to the Supervisory Board of the Company. The candidate was proposed in connection with the Annual General Meeting convened for 10 June 2025, as announced by the Company in Current Report No. 12/2025 of 12 May 2025.
