The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. of Warsaw (the “Company”) announces that on 30 May 2025, the Company received a notification from its shareholder Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny of Warsaw, represented by Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Allianz Polska S.A. of Warsaw, nominating Zofia Dzik as a candidate to the Supervisory Board of the Company. The candidate was proposed in connection with the Annual General Meeting convened for 10 June 2025, as announced by the Company in Current Report No. 12/2025 of 12 May 2025. The candidate’s biographical note and representation are attached to this Current Report.
