The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. of Warsaw (the “Company”) announces that on 28 May 2025 the Company received a notice from its shareholder Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny of Warsaw, represented by Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A., nominating Radosław Kudła as a candidate to the Company’s Supervisory Board. The candidate was proposed in connection with the Annual General Meeting convened for 10 June 2025, as announced by the Company in Current Report No. 12/2025 of 12 May 2025. The candidate’s biographical note and statement are attached to this Current Report.
