Further to Current Report No. 2/2026 of 26 January 2026, the Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. of Swobodnia (the “Company”) announces a change of the issue date of the Company’s consolidated report for Q1 2026 (the “Report”) from 21 May 2026, as previously communicated, to 18 May 2026.
The issue dates of the other periodic reports remain unchanged.
Legal basis: Art. 56.1.2 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies of 29 July 2005, in conjunction with Section 84.2 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated 6 June 2025.
