In 2024, Albania joined the company’s international portfolio as a new market.

Inter Cars’ business model is based on strong local presence supported by centrally managed logistics, a unified IT system, and consistent operational standards.

Supporting Independent Workshops

A key pillar of Inter Cars’ strategy is the development of the Q Service Castrol network – one of the largest independent workshop networks in Poland and Europe. This network brings together hundreds of service centers operating under unified quality standards, visual identity, and customer service protocols. Inter Cars provides them not only with parts and tools but also with technological, training, and marketing support to enhance their competitiveness in local markets.

Digitalization and E-Commerce Development

Inter Cars actively invests in digital technologies and customer service tools. Its flagship B2C platform, Motointegrator.pl, enables customers to purchase parts and book installation services at selected workshops. In parallel, the company develops B2B solutions that support wholesale and fleet customers in managing orders, inventory, and logistics.

The company also implements innovative tools for assortment management, data analytics, and automation of sales and logistics processes. Its proprietary IT systems enable scalable operations while maintaining operational flexibility.

The company has received numerous awards for investor relations, innovation, and financial stability. Responsible Growth
