The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. (“Company”) announces that on December 20th 2016 it was notified under Article 19(1) of the MAR that a person discharging managerial responsibilities at the Company − Mr Krzysztof Oleksowicz, Member of the Management Board, and a person closely associated with that Member of the Management Board − OK Automotive Investments B.V., executed transactions in Company shares. The texts of the notifications are attached hereto as appendices.
