The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. (“Company”) announces that on September 9th 2016 it was notified under Article 19(1) of the MAR that a person discharging managerial responsibilities at the Company – Mr Krzysztof Oleksowicz, Member of the Management Board – executed transactions in Company shares. The text of the notification is attached hereto as an appendix.
