The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. (“the Company”) hereby reports that today the Company received notifications from a Member of the Company’s Management Board and a Member of the Company’s Supervisory Board, who are also members of the management or supervisory bodies of FLOJERO LIMITED (“FLOJERO”), advising that on August 16th 2010 a gift agreement was executed between the Member of the Company’s Management Board and FLOJERO whereby FLOJERO acquired – outside of the regulated market – 290,000 Company shares.
