The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. of Swobodnia (the “Company”) publishes the list of shareholders who attended the Annual General Meeting (the “AGM”) on 28 May 2026 and held 5% or more of total voting rights at the Meeting.
The shareholders who attended the Annual General Meeting held 10,953,204 shares/voting rights of the total number of 14,168,100 shares/voting rights, which represented 77.31% of the Company’s share capital.
The list of shareholders is attached as an appendix hereto.
