The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. of Swobodnia (the “Company”) announces that in the afternoon of 14 April 2026, the Company received from Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A., with its registered office at ul. Topiel 12, 00-342 Warsaw, Poland (the “Management Company”), acting on behalf of the open-end pension fund Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny, a notification of a change in the shareholding in the Company.
As a result of a disposal of shares on the regulated market, Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny reduced its shareholding in the Company to below 10% of the total voting rights at the General Meeting. Prior to the disposal, Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny held 1,417,251 shares in the Company, while its current holding amounts to 1,416,809 shares.
