The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. (the “Company”) announces the release dates for its periodic reports in 2026:
- 28 April 2026 – 2025 Annual Report,
- 21 May 2026 – Q1 2026 Interim Report,
- 10 September 2026 – H1 2026 Interim Report,
- 17 November 2026 – Q3 2026 Interim Report.
The Management Board further announces that the consolidated quarterly reports and the consolidated half-yearly report will include quarterly separate financial information and half-yearly condensed separate financial statements, respectively, as permitted under Section 63.1 and Section 63.3 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated 6 June 2025 (the “Regulation”). The annual report will be prepared and published in both separate and consolidated form.
As permitted by Section 83.2 of the Regulation, the Company will not issue a Q4 2025 and Q2 2026 quarterly reports.
Legal basis: Section 84.1 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated 6 June 2025.
